Court Dismisses SEC Case Against Alleged Madoff SolicitorsU.S. District Judge Louis Stanton today dismissed fraud claims brought by the SEC against three Cohmad Securities executives accused of helping Bernard Madoff conduct his Ponzi scheme, Reuters reports.
