I am emailing you as a Florida resident and a Madoff victim. I would like to know how come the US government is not stepping into this mess regarding the Trustees interpretation of the SIPC funds. Most investors were wiped out, and need that money to live on. He is making the rules as he goes along and now we are being victimized again by the Government. The results would be much happier if the trustee paid on the statements and not his own rule given the fact that the SEC dropped the ball. We need help and we need it now. Will anyone listen.
