The Madoff-Help.com site is accepting donations on behalf of NIAP - Network for Investor Action and Protection to continue vitally needed work towards restitution. NIAP’s mission is to provide maximum restitution and assistance for all victims of investor fraud, identify and shape solutions that will help protect investors in the future. We need the help of professional staff and lobbyists to move our mission forward. We must address the following issues immediately:

  • Correct the definition of net equity currently used by the Trustee
  • Redefine the definition of customer in the SIPA to include all investors, direct and indirect
  • Prevent clawbacks of innocent investors
